Issek was the creator of the maze at Serpent's Fang. To his bad luck however, he got lost in his own maze, and died there because of starvation. The Avatar found his body when mastering the maze in the quest of the Silver Seed, in Ultima VII/2, finding the Helm of Light on his body.
